Turkey accomplished to convey online education to its 16,000,000 K12 students without any exception, equal opportunity in education and free ; with one to one laptop at $ 6 per month for 36 months .
ONLINE Education requires
1.- Broad band internet. Turkey has it free in its 40,000 schools accessable by its 16,000,000 students .
Provided free by Turkish Telekom
2.- ONLINE content. From grade 1 to grade 12 there are all online courses free to be used by students and teachers at schools. Provided by Turkish Telekom free.
3.- Now Turkish Telekom is doing the last favor .
Turkish Telekom provides to every students 16,00,000 of them a netbook with 1 GB RAM 160 GB HDDR and 10.2" screen. Price $ 6 per month for 36 months .
